A fully equipped Wellness Center with full-time Medical Officer takes care of the well being of the students. A regular pediatrician to visits the hostel daily to deal with minor accident or injuries. In cases of emergency, the hostel has tie-up with leading hospitals of Ahmedabad such as Apollo, Sterling & S.A.L. and a round-the-clock medical-van facility for immediate transportation.

Students would undergo thorough general medical check-up at the begging of the academic year. This check-up will include: eye, ENT, dental, and skin check-up by specialist doctors. The testing of blood group, RBC, HB, TC & DC and Urine test is also done.

The hostel takes group medi-claim policy for all the students of the hostel. Since it is a group policy, all the students must join whether they are ensured elsewhere or not. The policy would become effective as per the dates set by the agency and in accordance with their terms & conditions. Charges against the medical check-up, insurance policy, and emergency medical-van facilities would be debited from the student's pocket money account.

Parents must intimate the hostel authorities if any special medical care is to be taken for their ward or about any on-going medication. Past medical history of any serious or allergic diseases also must be brought to the notice of the authorities.

Parents should inform the hostel authorities if their child is suffering from problem of bed wetting. In such cases, students would first be referred to the counsellor for psychotherapy treatment. All such students would be accommodated in same room to provide proper attention.

In cases of any infections disease or serious illness, the parents would be requested to take their ward home. When major cases are admitted in the hospital, parents or local guardian must report to the hospital within 24 hours of the intimation.
